On May 25, 2026, the "Enterprise Trade Cross border Training Conference" jointly organized by the Shizhong District Business and Investment Promotion Bureau and Qingyi Chain (Qingdao) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Shizhong District Business and Investment Promotion Bureau. Qin Jing, Director of the Commerce Bureau of Shizhong District, and Wang Danqing, Chief of the Commerce Bureau, attended the meeting. Representatives from 22 local small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises also attended to discuss new opportunities for cross-border digital trade.
At the training session, Zhang Yebin, Deputy General Manager of Business at Qingyi Chain (Qingdao) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and a specially appointed expert of the China Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Comprehensive Service Platform, gave a special lecture on cross-border e-commerce. He provided a systematic explanation on the concept and development trends of cross-border digital trade, B2B export models, interpretation of customs, taxation, and foreign exchange policies, analysis of the advantages of cross-border e-commerce for industrial products, as well as the transformation paths and compliance standards for enterprises. He clarified the policy network and practical direction for participating enterprises to go global.
Subsequently, Qian Zelin, the Market Operations Manager of Qingyi Chain, gave a detailed introduction to the Qingyi Chain Smart Trade Digital Platform. He comprehensively demonstrated the platform's government background, core functional architecture covering modules such as ERP management, AI intelligent assistant, logistics tracking, and multilingual translation, as well as two cooperation models of independent trade and full trust services. He focused on explaining the entire process of full trust services from product docking, customer matching, marketing promotion, logistics distribution to transaction follow-up. At the same time, he explained the process of enterprise settlement and cooperation methods. During the interactive Q&A session, business representatives actively asked questions, creating a lively atmosphere on site.
Participating companies have expressed that the training content is practical and highly targeted, providing a clear path for local small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to embrace cross-border digital trade.
